Over the past 9 years, I have constantly strived, overcome all difficulties and hardships, worked hard to practice and contributed to Vinh Phuc province's sports to win many noble medals at international and domestic tournaments, bringing glory to the Fatherland Vietnam as well as Vinh Phuc province. In particular, I am honored to win a ticket to officially participate in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games."

Long overdue bonus

However, in the past 3 years (from 2022 to 2024), I have not received any medal bonuses from domestic competitions and nutritional support for 2024. Now that I am old and due to family circumstances, I am writing this application to request a leave of absence from training as an athlete in rowing in Vinh Phuc province. I respectfully request that the Board of Directors of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Phuc province and the Board of Directors of the Sports Training and Competition Center of Vinh Phuc province create conditions for me to take a leave of absence from training from January 1, 2025 according to my family's and my personal wishes," the talented rower born in 2001 shared.

At the VTV Awards - VTV Impression 2024 ceremony held in Hanoi on the evening of January 1, 2025. Nguyen Thi Huong was honored in the category of Impressive Young Face in the Sports field . She also won the Young Athlete of the Year award at the Victory Cup 2024.
