The Tax Department recommends that regional, town and city tax branches assign specific tasks to each department and each relevant civil servant to perform the task of managing tax collection from households and individuals doing business and paying taxes according to the lump sum method in the area, ensuring effective management of tax collection, reducing tax debts and avoiding new debts.

Tax branches should strengthen propaganda and mobilization to guide business households and individuals to install, use and pay taxes via the eTax Mobile application; fully introduce the utilities as well as instructions for use, instructions for linking bank accounts to encourage business households and individuals to pay taxes via eTax Mobile to bring high efficiency in tax collection management. At the same time, advise the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to direct relevant agencies to coordinate with tax authorities in implementing tax collection management for business households and individuals in the management area...
