Departure of many tax-debt business directors temporarily suspended

13 directors and business representatives have just been issued a Notice by the Tax Department of 3 Thanh Hoa provinces to the Immigration Department - Ministry of Public Security regarding temporary suspension of exit from the country.

Tax officials of 3 Thanh Hoa provinces support people in declaring and fulfilling their obligations to contribute to the State budget.

The tax authorities of three Thanh Hoa provinces have just sent a notice to the Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security to temporarily suspend the exit of legal representatives of tax-indebted enterprises according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 66 of the Tax Administration Law No. 38/2019/QH14 dated June 13, 2019 and Clause 5, Article 36 of the Law on Exit and Entry No. 49/2019/QH14 dated November 22, 2019 of the National Assembly.

The period of temporary suspension of exit from November 4, 2025 until the taxpayer completes his/her tax payment obligation to the State budget.

Accordingly, the Tax Department of 3 Thanh Hoa provinces announced temporary suspension of exit for the following persons:

Nguyen Van Duc is the legal representative of business household Nguyen Van Duc (taxpayer), tax code 8616211299-001;

Mr. Le Van Dung is the legal representative of business household Le Van Dung (taxpayer), tax code 8098189353;

Nguyen Thi Y is the legal representative of business household Nguyen Thi Y (taxpayer), tax code 2802823160;

Pham Van Thang is the legal representative of business household Pham Van Thang (taxpayer), tax code 2800294962;

Trinh Xuan Hung is the legal representative of business household Trinh Xuan Hung (taxpayer), tax code 8329281969;

Pham Van Hung is the legal representative of business household Pham Van Hung (taxpayer), tax code 2802497446;

Nguyen Tuan Anh is the legal representative of the business household Tuan Anh Business Household, tax code 8744219335-001;

Nguyen Thanh An is the legal representative of business household Nguyen Thanh An (taxpayer), tax code 8001079857-001;

Le Van Truong is the legal representative of business household Le Van Truong (taxpayer), tax code 2802998410;

Pham Van Dong is the legal representative of business household Pham Van Dong (taxpayer), tax code 2802496386;
