Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW issued on May 4, 2025 has created a favorable, transparent, and equal business environment for private enterprises to develop; this is also a resolution that contributes to motivating and inspiring entrepreneurs, while at the same time mobilizing the entire population to compete to get rich legally, building a dynamic and creative economy .

In the context of increasingly deep international economic integration, private economic development is also an important premise for the Central Highlands to move towards becoming a green, creative and sustainable economic center of the country.

The Central Highlands region in the new period, after the administrative unit arrangement, has been expanded. With advantages in high-tech agriculture , eco-tourism and service development, the Central Highlands is facing a great opportunity to promote the role of the private economy.

To date, the provinces in the region have had thousands of registered businesses, which have contributed positively to the rapid growth of the economy. The dynamism of the private economic sector has also contributed to diversifying industries, increasing product value and creating more job opportunities for workers.

However, to make the most of the opportunities from Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, provinces in the region need to continue to promote administrative procedure reform, minimize unnecessary business conditions, strongly shift to a post-audit mechanism, and at the same time improve the effectiveness of state management. Promoting digital transformation in management and production and business activities is also an urgent requirement to help businesses improve their competitiveness and quickly adapt to fluctuations in domestic and international markets.

In addition, provinces need to prioritize supporting small and medium enterprises, micro enterprises and business households to transform into formal enterprises, thereby improving the quality and scale of the private economic sector. Developing high-quality human resources and training skills suitable for the requirements of digital transformation and innovation are also key factors for the sustainable development of private enterprises.

One of the important contents mentioned in Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW is the policy of assigning work and placing orders to enterprises instead of just bidding as before; this opens up opportunities for private enterprises to be more proactive in participating in projects and socio-economic development programs. However, to effectively implement this content, state agencies must accompany and support enterprises in a practical way.

In order for Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW to quickly come into effect, Party committees and local authorities in the region need to effectively implement the Government 's direction, clearly define responsibilities, and assign specific tasks; synchronous coordination between sectors and localities is a decisive factor. In addition, localities need to regularly organize dialogue forums between the government and businesses, create a quick feedback channel, and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in production and business activities...
