Chairman of Tan Yen District People's Committee Ngo Quoc Hung: In 2024, despite many difficulties due to objective and subjective factors, the Party Committee, government and people of Tan Yen have strived to overcome and achieved quite comprehensive results in all areas. 17/17 socio-economic targets were completed and exceeded the plan.

Notably, the budget collection exceeded the plan assigned by the province (by November 30, 117% of the plan was completed). Traffic infrastructure continued to be completed; the district mobilized 338/342 households to donate land to renovate and upgrade provincial road 295; basically completed the construction of the road connecting Bac Giang city with provincial road 398; completed the road connecting Phuc Son Industrial Park with National Highway 17. Completed the site clearance of Phuc Son Industrial Park phase 1, attracting investment in Ngoc Van and Ngoc Chau Industrial Clusters. The value of the district's key agricultural products was increased, bringing stable income to farmers.

In addition, Tan Yen district is the first unit in the province to complete the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses. Completed the renovation and construction of new houses for people with meritorious services; commune and town police headquarters. Political security is stable, traffic accidents have decreased in both the number of cases and deaths. Chairman of Tan Yen District People's Committee Ngo Quoc Hung: To achieve the above results, there are many factors, but the main reason is first of all, there is high solidarity and unity among Party committees and authorities from the district to the grassroots level in planning and organizing implementation.

The second is the determination in organizing and implementing each task, each agency and unit.

Third is regular weekly and monthly assessment and inspection to gain experience in direction and implementation.

Fourthly, we must do a good job of propaganda and create consensus among cadres, party members and the people. Along with that is timely encouragement and rewards.

Besides the achieved results, in socio-economic development, Tan Yen district still has some shortcomings and limitations. So can you tell us how the district will overcome those difficulties and obstacles to develop socio-economic development in the coming time?
