The City Border Guard Command donated 500 books; the Provincial General Library donated 100 books; the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue City donated 2 bookcases to officers and soldiers of the Training and Mobile Battalion.
This is an activity to implement plan No. 1128/KH-BCH dated April 4, 2025 of the City Border Guard Command, affirming the position, role and importance of books in improving knowledge, skills, developing thinking, and forming reading habits in the unit.
“At the same time, this is an activity to honor the value of books, the cultural significance, the necessity of Vietnam Book Day in the spiritual life of officers and soldiers; to raise awareness of the value and importance of books in improving knowledge and skills, contributing to the development of capacity, qualities, and perfection of human personality, the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers” - Lieutenant Colonel Le Hong Tuyen, Political Commissar of the Hue City Border Guard Command emphasized.
