Strengthening cultural exchange activities of Vietnamese students in Russia

On April 14, at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation in Moscow, the art performance "Vietnamese Soul in the Heart of Russia: Deeply Traditional" was staged and performed by Vietnamese and Russian students.

The performance "Our Army - Heroic Army" was performed by Vietnamese students.

Attending the event were representatives of the Party Committee, the Embassy of Vietnam in the Russian Federation, and many Vietnamese students studying at universities in Moscow.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Dang Minh Khoi sent a letter of congratulations and thanks to the Organizing Committee for organizing a very meaningful program to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Russian Federation. In the letter, the Ambassador emphasized that this activity contributes to promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam to Russian and international friends.

Speaking at the event, Rector of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation Stanislav Prokofiev highly appreciated the event held on the occasion of the two countries celebrating many important events.

Mr. Stanislav Prokofiev affirmed that since 1947, there have been Vietnamese students studying at the University of Finance. This school has trained many generations of excellent Vietnamese students, many of whom hold high positions in the Vietnamese Government. Currently, there are 165 Vietnamese students studying at the school.

Mr. Stanislav Prokofiev highly appreciated the learning capacity of Vietnamese students, as well as their active participation in exciting cultural activities and learning exchanges with Russian and international students studying at the school.

In the art performance program, Vietnamese and Russian students performed many unique acts, imbued with the cultural characteristics of the two countries.

Russian students brought many exciting performances to the program.

Many Vietnamese revolutionary songs were also elaborately staged by the students, introducing the image of the heroic and resilient soldiers of Uncle Ho's Army in the struggle to protect the Fatherland.

Besides, Vietnamese students also update the cultural life in the country with exciting hit songs that are loved by young people, contributing to promoting the true image of Vietnam to international students.

Area introducing folk games.

In addition to the art performance program, Vietnamese students at the school also organize entertainment activities and a food court, introducing folk games, as well as traditional national dishes.

The activities of students of the University of Finance, along with many activities of students of other universities in Moscow, have contributed to enriching the image and culture of Vietnam in the Russian Federation.
