It is known that 46 gifts were presented by Mo Cay Bac District Party Committee. Each gift includes: cash (11 families received 1 million VND/family), the remaining families each received 500 thousand VND. 46 policy families include: Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, mothers of martyrs, war invalids, and people with meritorious services to the revolution.
