Agribank Ben Tre Party Committee achieved and exceeded many targets of the resolution for the term 2020

Party Secretary - Director of Agribank Ben Tre Phan Minh Chau said that during the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of Agribank Ben Tre performed well the Party's comprehensive leadership role over agencies, unions, and affiliated Party Committees. The Branch Party Committee issued resolutions, action programs, plans, and many documents to lead and direct the implementation of political tasks, Party building work, as well as to implement policies and directions of Party Committees at all levels.

Agribank Ben Tre 's business activities have grown compared to the beginning of the term and compared to the resolution's targets. By the end of the term, most of the operational criteria have met and exceeded the targets assigned by the head office as well as the resolution's targets for the entire term. Mobilized capital increased by 1.5 times, outstanding loans increased by 1.79 times, service revenue increased by 1.73 times, and finance nearly doubled compared to the beginning of the term.

Credit quality is maintained below the average level of the whole system. Many key credit programs have been implemented with breakthrough characteristics; in which the lending program through the lending group is a typical example with the attention and direction of local leaders and the State Bank of Vietnam, Ben Tre Province Branch (now Branch 13). Labor productivity has been gradually improved. Workers' income is guaranteed to be stable and increased compared to the beginning of the term. Many preferential credit programs and customer policies have been implemented substantially and effectively. During the term, the branch has actively and effectively implemented many gratitude and social security activities with a total amount of 41.79 billion VND.

During the 2020 - 2025 term, many lessons have been learned. That is to strictly adhere to the principles of Party activities, ensure the Party's leadership role over agencies and organizations so that the unit's activities are always in the right direction, and successfully complete political and business tasks. Party committees at all levels always affirm the leadership role of the Party organization at the unit; regularly deploy, fully and promptly disseminate the Party's policies and resolutions. At the same time, there must be concretization in accordance with the practical situation at the unit. Maintain and regularly implement the grassroots democracy regulations, do a good job of mass mobilization work. Effectively implement the working relationship between the Party Committee and the Director, dialogue activities between the Party Committee, the Director with the Trade Union and the Youth Union. Encourage socio-political organizations to promote their roles and tasks in implementing social supervision and criticism. In particular, implementing internal solidarity within the Party well is the most important factor, contributing to leading the successful implementation of the Congress Resolution, bringing the Party organization to comprehensive and strong development.

According to Party Secretary - Director of Agribank Ben Tre Phan Minh Chau, in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of Agribank Ben Tre will lead the implementation of the coordination regulations between the Party Committees of economic groups, corporations, state-owned commercial banks and local Party Committees according to Decision No. 61-QD/TW dated March 8, 2022 of the Secretariat under the direction of the Agribank Party Committee (Official Dispatch No. 744-CV/DU-NHNN dated May 18, 2022). Well implement activities associated with local political tasks and social security work in the area; seek leadership, direction and support from Party Committees, departments, branches and local authorities at all levels.

Effectively mobilize local capital resources, create effective credit growth resources to contribute positively to local socio-economic development. Control credit quality well under the direction of the State Bank and Agribank headquarters.

Continue to promote the effective implementation of key credit programs. Maximize the advantages of human resources, network, and customer numbers to develop services in rural areas with great potential. Determined to take the lead in the digital transformation of rural areas according to the policies of the Party and State.

Doing well the emulation and reward work; planning, rotation, transfer, appointment. Building the spirit of internal solidarity, building the collective of Agribank Ben Tre Provincial Branch and other type II branches into a strong system, high solidarity and unanimity is the premise for successfully completing the targets of the Party Congress Resolution for the term 2025 - 2030.
