Ha Tinh people can now eat clean, chemical-free durian from WAO FOODs
In the 2025 durian season, Ha Tinh consumers will have more safe choices for their health when WAO FOODS officially brings in fresh, safe, chemical-free durians, tested by SGS - a prestigious international testing organization. WAO Quynh Nhi durian is 2/500 durian gardens following WAO's process that have successfully passed 1,130 pesticide indicators and 02 heavy metal indicators (lead, cadmium) tested by SGS. Durian is harvested when it is ripe enough (ripe), naturally ripening 2-3 days after cutting. To get naturally ripe durian to customers, gardeners have to knock each fruit and cut it every day. The harvest time is long, so they have to face many risks such as: spending a lot of effort, encountering unfavorable weather (unpredictable rain and sunshine) causing the durian to become dry, rotten, and fall off... That is the difference in the harvesting method when making chemical-free durian at WAO Quynh Nhi garden. Different from the usual way of making chemical durian, traders cut the durian 2-3 times at the same time to end the season and use measures to preserve and help the durian ripen evenly. Despite facing risks and large losses in output, with the desire to bring consumers the most naturally ripe and highest quality durian, WAO Quynh Nhi garden still perseveres on the path of making clean durian - without chemicals.
Each durian segment has golden yellow flesh, thick flesh, melting in your mouth with a rich, rich sweetness, moderate fat, and a characteristic, passionate aroma that cannot be mistaken for anything else. After 3 years of efforts to convert farming according to the "WAO process of reviving life for the soil", gardeners can proudly bring consumers delicious, quality durian with the flavor of nature. WAO Quynh Nhi durian garden has an area of over 2 hectares, with 140 durian trees with 3 main varieties: Ri 6 durian, Musangking, Monthong intercropped with grapefruit, avocado... Currently, the durian garden has a yield of 15 tons/year.
