Thanh Mien district organized the forced demolition of Mr. Trieu Duy Hien's construction violating the traffic safety corridor in Thanh Mien town.

Authorities announce decision to enforce illegal construction

The enforcement took place on the afternoon of May 30.

Mr. Trieu Duy Hien in Trieu Thai residential area, Thanh Mien town has a house and other constructions encroaching on the traffic safety corridor of district road 192 and old provincial road 39B (now the bypass of provincial road 399). The total encroached land area is 505 ^m2 .

Authorities dismantled Mr. Hien's illegal construction.

In December 2024, the People's Committee of Thanh Mien district issued a document requesting Mr. Trieu Duy Hien to demolish the house and illegal construction works and restore the original state of the land plot. However, after many months of propaganda and mobilization, Mr. Hien still did not comply.

Authorities set up barricades to protect the land area that was just seized.

The enforcement work was carried out in accordance with the provisions of law. Mr. Hien must pay all enforcement costs.
