By June 1, Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. completed the inspection of 42 transformer stations supplying power to the High School Entrance Examination Councils for the 2025-2026 school year.

Through inspection, the transformer stations and power lines supplying the examination sites are basically safe and can provide stable and continuous power supply to the examination sites. Some defects that could potentially cause grid incidents have been fixed by Hai Duong Electricity.

Hai Duong Electricity Company requires its affiliated units to arrange standby forces, spare equipment and supplies, fuel, communication systems and means of transport to ensure timely and quick handling when electrical incidents occur; do not cut off power to power lines and transformer stations supplying power to examination councils and locations serving exam support work; in case of incidents on the medium voltage grid, they are quickly isolated and power is restored through interconnected loop circuits...

Hai Duong Electricity also requires examination councils to prepare backup generators, coordinate with local electricity to check and agree on the diagram and operating method, ensuring safety for people and equipment in case the generator must be run to provide emergency power to examination locations...
