Currently, VONTA owns a factory producing lamp posts and lighting equipment, the largest in the Northern region, with a total area of ​​up to 20,000 m2 and a warehouse system of 10,000 m2. Every month, the output of lamp posts alone reaches 600 to 800 tons of products. Not stopping there, the factory is continuing to expand its scale by 1.5 times, increasing its capacity to 1,000 tons of products/month.

One of the highlights at VONTA is its superior technological capacity. The factory is equipped with a series of modern equipment imported from countries with advanced industries, helping to increase productivity, accuracy and product uniformity, thereby meeting strict domestic and international technical standards.

VONTA owns 2 12m long bending machines with a capacity of 1,600 tons. After the expansion, VONTA will invest in 1 more bending machine, bringing the total number to 3. In addition, VONTA's 5 automatic welding machines are capable of processing large-sized products such as electric poles, telecommunication poles, lifting lamp posts and wind power poles.

In addition, VONTA continues to invest in new generation production lines worth 1 million USD to improve output quality, increase production capacity, and meet large orders.

The entire factory production line system from automatic cutting - stamping - welding, high-standard hot-dip galvanizing area and continuous processing machines are scientifically arranged according to modern industrial standards.

At the same time, VONTA also focuses on quality by building a comprehensive quality control system, applying strict processes from raw material selection, surface treatment to product finishing. Each stage is monitored by modern technology, ensuring uniformity, durability and high technical stability, even under harsh operating conditions.

By proactively managing every step in the production chain, VONTA is able to shorten the supply process, eliminate intermediate costs and optimize product prices, bringing competitive advantages to customers and partners.

Keeping up with the market development trend, VONTA is also gradually expanding its smart lighting pole and lamp products. Technology integration solutions such as remote control, energy-saving sensors, IoT connectivity, etc. are being researched and developed, aiming to build a modern, smart and sustainable urban lighting ecosystem.
