Xuan Thien Group supports households to relocate in the Green Steel project in Nam Dinh

Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Joint Stock Company has just sent Document No. 11/2024-XTND to the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province and the People's Committee of Nghia Hung district regarding the Plan to support households moving out of the project area of ​​Xuan Thien Group in Nghia Hung district.

Accordingly, Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Joint Stock Company, representing member companies in Xuan Thien Group, plans to support households in relocating assets and handing over land for projects in Nghia Hung district with specific plans.

The company supports people to move their belongings, pets, and huts out of the project areas that have been approved for investment by the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee. The support level is 70 million VND/ha, the area receiving support is coordinated by the People's Committee of Nghia Hung district, the People's Committees of Nghia Hai, Nghia Lam, Nghia Thanh communes and the Company to count and develop a plan. In case there is a part of the area outside the project (no need to use), the Company supports the entire plot of 100% of the area at the above level to ensure maximum benefits for the people.

The project complex invested by Xuan Thien Group will create many jobs, contributing to the socio -economic development of Nam Dinh province (Perspective of Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Green Steel Complex).

For households that have moved to the lagoon to live, the Company will support them with funding to build houses elsewhere with a support level of 100 million VND/house. The number of households receiving support will be counted and planned by the People's Committee of Nghia Hung district, the People's Committees of Nghia Hai, Nghia Lam, Nghia Thanh communes and the Company.

For those of working age, the Company accepts people of working age to work in the Company. Depending on qualifications, expertise and capacity, appropriate jobs will be arranged. General workers will be arranged jobs such as: catering, security, janitor, cleaning staff, etc.

For those who are past working age, based on their specific health status, the Company can still recruit them as general laborers. In cases where they are not healthy enough, the Company will have a specific plan and social security support regime.

It is known that the steel project at Con Xanh of Xuan Thien Group is the project complex with the largest total investment in the area so far and is expected to create a great economic and social development momentum for Nam Dinh province.

In October 2021, the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province issued decisions approving investment policies; in March 2022, it approved adjustments to investment policies in the direction of increasing capital and capacity for the complex of 3 green steel projects of Xuan Thien Group, with a total investment of up to VND 98,900 billion in the coastal alluvial area of ​​Con Xanh, Nghia Hung district.

The complex of projects includes component projects: Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Precast Concrete Components Factory, Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Green Steel Factory No. 1 and Xuan Thien Nghia Hung Green Steel Factory in the communes of Nghia Hai, Nghia Thanh, Nghia Lam and Nam Dien.

In November 2022, the Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Precast Concrete Components Factory project with a total investment of VND 900 billion was started. These large projects promise to boost the industrial, urban and service development of Nghia Hung district, and at the same time be the premise and driving force for the establishment of Ninh Co Economic Zone (with a total area of ​​nearly 14,000 hectares in Hai Hau and Nghia Hung districts) according to the Prime Minister 's planning.

At the same time, the project implementation will gradually turn Nghia Hung into one of the four growth poles according to the Provincial Planning orientation for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, as well as the orientation and development policy of the Red River Delta and the country of the Government.
