Training on reception, room and desk skills for 150 tourism workers

The training course was organized to implement the plan of the Provincial People's Committee on developing human resources for the tourism industry in Quang Nam province until 2025.

By participating in the training course, students will be updated and trained by lecturers of Hue College of Tourism in knowledge of reception, room and table services, thereby improving work quality and efficiency, increasing satisfaction for tourists.

According to the plan of the Provincial People's Committee on human resource development in the tourism industry of Quang Nam by 2025, it is forecasted that the tourism industry will need about 23,000 workers to work in tourism businesses.

Every year, more than 16,000 tourism workers will need to be trained and educated in professional skills. In particular, the management agency will organize primary vocational training under 3 months, training in tourism professional skills, training for the community at community tourism sites..., the remaining more than half of the workforce that needs to be trained and educated will be trained by the enterprises themselves.
