Dong Nai Social Insurance: Training on social insurance regime settlement techniques

In order to thoroughly grasp and unify the implementation of regulations and professional procedures for handling social insurance regimes according to the Law on Social Insurance 2024, helping professional staff handling social insurance regimes to grasp and apply the regulations well in performing their duties, Dong Nai Social Insurance organized a training conference to guide professional procedures for handling social insurance regimes and managing social insurance regime payments.

Deputy Director of Dong Nai Social Insurance Nguyen Van Thanh emphasized that in recent years, the settlement of social insurance and unemployment insurance policies and regimes in the area has always been carried out promptly and in accordance with regulations. The application of information technology in settling social insurance regimes and simplifying administrative procedures has reduced the time for processing records, helping to settle social insurance regimes promptly and accurately.

In order for the conference to achieve high results, the Deputy Director of Dong Nai Social Insurance requested delegates to focus on absorbing the professional training content, especially related guidance documents; actively participate in discussions and contribute ideas, focusing on problems in practice to find solutions to resolve records promptly, in accordance with regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights of workers and people in the whole province.

At the conference, delegates were informed by representatives of the provincial Social Insurance Regime Department about legal documents on the implementation of social insurance and unemployment insurance policies; thoroughly grasped the important contents in the directive documents of Vietnam Social Insurance and Dong Nai Provincial Social Insurance on the work of handling dossiers for social insurance benefits; agreed on implementation methods, and received direct professional guidance on the Policy Management System.

Training on how to handle the following regimes: sickness, maternity, health recovery, death, work accident - occupational disease, retirement, one-time social insurance. In addition, delegates were trained on how to manage the payment of social insurance regimes.

The conference also spent time exchanging and discussing actual situations that arise and difficulties in resolving social insurance regimes and managing social insurance regime payments.

Through the training conference, social insurance officers and specialists at all levels have mastered the necessary contents in the procedures and operations as well as supplemented their knowledge and experience in resolving social insurance regimes. Contributing to timely and accurate resolution of social insurance regimes to ensure the rights of employees and the people.
