This is not only a legal procedure for enterprises, business households, and cooperatives to officially start operating, but also an effective state management tool; contributing to creating a transparent and favorable business environment, promoting socio-economic development.
This training session aims to help officials and civil servants of communes, wards and special zones grasp the legal regulations, processes and procedures on business registration according to new regulations; improve skills in processing records in the business registration system quickly, accurately and transparently; and enhance responsibility in handling administrative procedures.
To effectively implement business registration, the Department of Finance has issued a document requesting the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to focus on resolving administrative procedures to ensure no interruption; promptly issue, reissue and exchange business registration certificates; and summarize problems and send them to the unit for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Finance .
