Thai Nguyen continuously organizes driving license exams

The first examination after receiving the transfer from the Thai Nguyen Department of Transport was organized by the Thai Nguyen Provincial Police at the Vietnam Coal and Minerals College, Viet Bac Training Branch in Thai Nguyen city on May 17.

At the opening ceremony of this first test, the representative of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Police apologized to the people for the interruption of the driving license test time, causing candidates to have to wait to take the driving license test in the past.

The first driving license test organized by the Traffic Police Department of Thai Nguyen Province took place smoothly, publicly, transparently, in accordance with the law, with the yard, vehicles, equipment, and software operating synchronously and smoothly, without any difficulties or problems.

The new point of this test is that before taking part in the practical driving test in the diagram and driving on the road, the Traffic Police will conduct an alcohol test on each candidate. Candidates who violate the alcohol level will not be allowed to take the test; candidates who fail one part of the test will still be allowed to take the remaining parts of the test. Most candidates highly appreciate and are satisfied with the new test organization.

Due to the long preparation time required to receive the transfer of testing and issuing driving licenses from the Department of Transport, up to now, in Thai Nguyen province, there are more than 15,700 cases of car students of all classes who have not been tested.

To overcome this backlog, Lieutenant Colonel Chu Anh Tuan, Head of the Traffic Police Department, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Province Driver's License Examination and Issuance Council, said: "In the coming time, in order to create the most favorable conditions for people, we will continuously organize driving license examinations and issuances, some days we will organize from 3 to 4 councils (each council is an examination session, each session is organized for more than 200 candidates), organized on holidays and holidays."

With such efforts, the Traffic Police Department of Thai Nguyen Provincial Police strives to resolve all outstanding cases in the third quarter of 2025. Therefore, Lieutenant Colonel Chu Anh Tuan recommends that candidates need to prepare well in all aspects to achieve the best results in all 4 parts of the test in the upcoming tests.
