Visit and encourage armed forces to support the demolition of temporary houses in Nam Tra My and Bac Tra My

(QNO) - On the afternoon of June 4, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee worked with the Military Command of Nam Tra My district on the results of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025 in the district.

Lieutenant Colonel Dang Ngoc Toan - Commander of the Military Command (CHQS) of Nam Tra My district said that from the beginning of 2025 until now, the unit has taken the lead in implementing and completing the elimination of 8 temporary and dilapidated houses.

Of these, 7 new houses were built and 1 house was repaired in Tra Nam and Tra Don communes. The completed houses all met the “3 hard” requirements with the participation of more than 300 working days of military units.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Le Quang Quynh acknowledged the efforts and positive contributions of officers and soldiers of the armed forces of Nam Tra My district in joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the Provincial Military Command presented gifts to encourage the Nam Tra My District Military Command and the Tra Nam Commune Military Command.

* In Bac Tra My district, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department also visited and presented gifts to the Tra Nu and Tra Tan commune police (each worth 2 million VND) who have actively implemented the mass mobilization program in mobilizing human resources to eliminate temporary houses in the area.
