Deeply permeate and spread the actions following Uncle Ho's example

Leaders of Phu Son ward awarded certificates of merit to collectives with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period 2016-2025.

In order to apply and practice Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style in real life, in the period of 2016-2025, the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa City Party Committee has linked the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo with the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system. Notably, in 2020, the city focused on leading and directing the drastic, timely and creative implementation of the work of preventing and fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Resolution 05-NQ/TU on building and developing the city to 2030, with a vision to 2045. In 2022, the Provincial People's Council issued Resolution 303-NQ/HDND on a number of mechanisms and policies for the city's development. In 2023, focus on directing the resolution of 6 major issues that have widespread and strong impacts on the city's development. In 2024, coordinate with Dong Son district and provincial departments and branches to complete the procedures for merging Dong Son district into Thanh Hoa city; successfully organize the celebration of the 220th anniversary of the provincial capital and the 30th anniversary of the city's establishment.

In order for learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to permeate deeply into the thinking and working style of each cadre, party member, Party committee and government from the city to the ward and commune levels, special attention is paid to the exemplary role of the leader. For the collective, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee assigns tasks to each department, office, locality and unit, clearly stating the unit in charge, the unit coordinating the implementation; the tasks that need to be promoted, the tasks that need to be focused on, with a clear roadmap. Party committees and grassroots Party cells develop full-term plans, annual action plans and programs suitable to actual conditions. Along with that, Party committees, agencies and units clearly identify the causes of limitations and weaknesses of each year, assign specific tasks to each sector, each Party committee and individual leader in setting out a roadmap and time to effectively overcome limitations and weaknesses. For individuals, based on assigned tasks, each comrade in the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the City Party Executive Committee develops an implementation plan associated with overcoming limitations and shortcomings in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee and associated with the responsibility of setting an example as well as work efficiency.

In order to make a prominent mark in implementation, in the period of 2016-2025, Thanh Hoa City has selected prominent and urgent issues and focused on leadership and direction, creating clear changes in many areas. Typically, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has led and directed the City People's Committee, agencies and units to focus on resolving the long-standing problems and obstacles of the luxury apartment project and the lakeside commercial center; the granting of land use right certificates at 9 sites; resolving the problems of the City Construction Investment Project Management Board after the merger; resolving complicated and long-standing complaints in Quang Thanh and Dong Hai wards. Many wards, communes, agencies and units have selected issues of public concern to focus on resolving. In particular, Phu Son, Thieu Duong, Long Anh and Hoang Quang wards focus on the field of site clearance; Dong Tan, Quang Cat and Quang Tam wards focus on the field of food safety and hygiene; Ngoc Trao, Ba Dinh, and Quang Thang wards focus on urban order management... The results in resolving and handling outstanding and urgent issues have initially brought about practical results, contributing significantly to building a clean and strong Party, consolidating and enhancing people's trust in Party committees and authorities at all levels.

“Taking good people and good deeds as examples to educate each other every day is one of the best ways to build the Party, build revolutionary organizations, build new people, and a new life” as Uncle Ho taught, Thanh Hoa City has launched many emulation movements associated with the campaign “City residents speak good words, do good deeds, and act friendly” and movements and models of mass organizations, wards, communes, agencies, and units. In particular, the movement to donate land for road construction has been widely deployed, attracting a large number of people to participate, typically in Thieu Khanh, Thieu Duong, Dong Hai, Quang Tam, and Lam Son wards. The security camera model of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; the general environmental cleaning movement of the Women's Union; the civilized business and commercial model in Dien Bien ward; model of farmers with environmental sanitation and food safety in Dong Cuong ward... In particular, implementing the campaign to build houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the spirit of Directive 22-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, in the 2 years of 2024-2025, the city has mobilized the construction of 220 new houses and repaired 69 houses for policy families and households with housing difficulties in the city. Through emulation movements, more and more cadres, civil servants, and public employees have actively innovated their working style, dedicated and responsible to their work and to the people, and have been trusted and respected by the people. Thereby, encouraging, motivating, and widely spreading good cultural values ​​in social life.

After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the city has become an emulation movement of the entire population, a way of thinking and acting of each individual. Thereby, it has contributed significantly to preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, morality and lifestyle among cadres and party members, preventing the situation of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the organization; arousing internal strength and solidarity in implementing emulation movements, contributing to the successful completion of political tasks at each level, each sector, each agency and unit.
