Thanh Hoa: Improving ethnic knowledge for cadres, civil servants and public employees

In 2024, the ethnic knowledge training course for cadres, civil servants and public employees in Thanh Hoa City includes 16 classes (11 classes for group 3 and 5 classes for group 4); the second training course takes place from March 25 to May 29, in the form of continuous concentrated training of 5 days/class.

Ethnic knowledge training class 3 in Thanh Hoa city - for group 3 (phase 2)

Students will be taught 6 topics: Overview of ethnic groups in Vietnam; Viewpoints, policies and guidelines of the Party on ethnic issues and ethnic affairs; Laws and policies of the State on socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas; building a strong grassroots political system in ethnic minority areas; State management of ethnic minority culture; National defense and security work in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Ethnic knowledge training class 2 in Lang Chanh district - for group 3 (phase 2)

In addition, students will also learn about the practical life of ethnic minorities, the socio -economic development situation, national defense and security work in the province/city or the whole country; discuss and exchange on a number of specific issues (and solutions) in current ethnic work practices.

Ethnic knowledge training class 2 in Quan Son district - for group 3 (phase 2)

Through the training course, trainees will be updated and equipped with knowledge about ethnic groups, ethnic minority culture, and ethnic policies, contributing to raising awareness and capacity for cadres, civil servants, and public employees to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's policies and laws on ethnic affairs.
