At the same time, the establishment of affiliated schools is also a step to implement the spirit of Resolution 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development, associated with the implementation of the new National Target Program on modernization and improving the quality of education in the period 2026-2035; prioritizing investment in key pedagogical universities. This is also an important content in the Development Strategy of Hanoi National University of Education to become Hanoi National University of Education in the coming time.

Previously, when there were no affiliated schools, training programs in the same field were scattered in many units; the team of lecturers and experts were also scattered in different faculties, mobilizing human resources to implement special programs, especially interdisciplinary and joint programs, encountered many difficulties. The formation of affiliated schools therefore created a clear orientation, enhancing the ability to promote resources in each specialized field.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Son emphasized that this change is not only an organizational adjustment but also a shift in management thinking. Those in charge of the fields will have a more complete and comprehensive view, thereby improving leadership and management effectiveness.

According to the Principal, there is still a lot of work to be done in the near future, from shaping and operating new schools, to stabilizing the apparatus, ensuring smooth coordination between units, creating connectivity, and using human resources more effectively. He also expressed sympathy for the teachers who have just taken on new tasks, because with big changes there are always certain concerns and worries. However, the highest goal of this innovation is to focus on learners, creating a new future and position for the school.
