Establishment of 6 propaganda teams for site clearance of Dong Quoc Binh Apartment Project (phase 2)

The establishment of land clearance propaganda teams aims to speed up the land clearance progress of Dong Quoc Binh Apartment Project (phase 2).

Gia Vien Ward People's Committee held a conference to deploy and assign tasks to working groups.

Gia Vien Ward People's Committee has just coordinated with Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading One Member Co., Ltd. and Ngo Quyen Area Project Management Board to establish 6 working groups to propagate and mobilize households in the old Dong Quoc Binh apartment building to relocate and hand over the premises to ensure the progress of the Project on Investment in construction of technical infrastructure to serve the Project on Investment in renovation of old Dong Quoc Binh apartment buildings (phase 2).

The working groups were established and started operating from October 18, 2025.

Representatives of Ngo Quyen Area Project Management Board gave comments at the conference.

The Project of Investment in construction of technical infrastructure to serve the Project of Investment in renovation of old apartment buildings in Dong Quoc Binh (phase 2) is one of the important projects of the city. According to the report of Gia Vien Ward People's Committee, up to now, out of a total of 1,225 households in 34 old apartment buildings, 915 households have moved and handed over their apartments, while 310 households have not moved and handed over their premises.

The Ward People's Committee established working groups to focus on propaganda and mobilize households to cooperate in project implementation, accept compensation and relocation, and hand over the site for smooth project implementation.
