Establishing a table tennis club for people in special and difficult circumstances

(QBĐT) - This afternoon, March 14, the Provincial Table Tennis Federation and the Provincial Social Work Center jointly held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Provincial Social Work Center Table Tennis Club.

Representative of Provincial Table Tennis Federation presented the decision to establish the Table Tennis Club of Provincial Social Work Center.

Attending the event were Comrade Nguyen Minh Tam, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; representatives of departments, agencies, and enterprises. Also attending were representatives of the Vietnam Children's Fund.

According to the decision, the Table Tennis Club of the Provincial Social Work Center is under the management, organization and operation of the Table Tennis Federation and the Social Work Center. The club has 33 members who are in special and difficult circumstances and are being cared for and nurtured at the center.

Vietnam Children's Fund donated 20 million VND to the Provincial Social Work Center.

The club aims to create a healthy and useful playground for the subjects, contributing to bringing joy and encouraging the subjects to overcome difficulties and rise up in life.

This is also an opportunity to discover and train talented children who are passionate about table tennis, helping them have the opportunity to participate in tournaments in the province.

The club creates a healthy and useful playground for those being cared for and nurtured at the center.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Children's Fund also donated 20 million VND to the Provincial Social Work Center.
