Establishing an inspection team to review construction, land and environment for 80 enterprises in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park

The inspection subjects are 80 production and business establishments and factories renting in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park. Of these, 71 enterprises have land lease contracts and use industrial park infrastructure from the Industrial Park Development Corporation (Sonadezi), 9 enterprises rent land directly from the state.

The inspection period is from December 31, 2023 to May 15, 2025; during the inspection, if any additional establishments are discovered beyond the 80 establishments according to the decision of the Provincial People's Committee and any cases with signs of related violations before and after the inspection period, the inspection team is responsible for clarifying the inspection. The inspection period is 45 days, from May 15, 2025.

The inspection team was led by Mr. Tran Trong Toan, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; the two deputy heads were Mr. Nguyen Quoc An, Deputy Head of the Industrial Park Management Board and Mr. Le Van Binh, Head of the Environment Department, Department of Agriculture and Environment.

The delegation is responsible for inspecting compliance with legal regulations in the fields of construction, fire prevention and fighting, tax, land and environmental protection for production and business establishments and factories renting facilities in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.

Report inspection results, propose or recommend to competent authorities solutions to handle existing problems and difficulties in inspection activities of compliance with legal regulations in the fields of construction, fire prevention and fighting, tax, land and environmental protection.

In particular, the head of the inspection team is responsible for developing an inspection plan, determining specific inspection content, and assigning tasks to each member. Carry out other tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee. During the inspection process, the head of the team is allowed to use the seal of the Department of Agriculture and Environment when issuing documents of the inspection team.

Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has an area of ​​320 hectares. Currently, the province is implementing the Project to Convert the Function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Commercial - Service Area and Improve the Environment.

According to the plan, land acquisition is divided into two time frames: before August 25, 2025, the land auctioned for land use rights and the land to build the Provincial Political - Administrative Center will be completed; before December 31, 2025, land acquisition for the entire industrial park will be completed.
