Young man in Nha Trang shoots gun in the middle of the street

(NLDO) - The police are consolidating documents to handle two groups of young people fighting in the middle of the street, using guns to shoot plastic bullets, causing insecurity and disorder in society.

Nha Trang City Police, Khanh Hoa Province, has just released initial information regarding a clip of a shooting in the middle of the street posted on social media.

At around 12 noon on February 8, NVĐ (17 years old; resident of Phuoc Dong commune, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province), was working at a car repair shop on Tran Quy Cap street (Nha Tran city) when NTP (17 years old; resident of Phuoc Hai ward, Nha Trang) came to report that a group of fire dancers were beating two of his friends.

NV Đ ran in to get a gun that shot plastic pellets and went down with some other young men to relieve the siege. When he encountered the fire dancing group, Đ. took the gun and shot at this group.

Immediately after that, D. was beaten with helmets by the fire-dancing group. After the fight, the two groups dispersed.

Nha Trang City Police urgently directed professional units to quickly verify. By the afternoon of February 8, the police had taken the two groups of young men to the headquarters for questioning.

The police are consolidating the case file and handling it according to the law. The police have seized the plastic bullet gun.
