Thanh Oai: General review and cleaning of vehicle registration data and driver's licenses

HNP - On November 14, Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee held a conference to deploy the Plan "60-day and night peak period of general review and cleaning of vehicle registration data and driver's licenses in the commune".

At the Conference, representatives of Thanh Oai Commune Police deployed Plan No. 179/KH-UBND dated November 14, 2025 of the Commune People's Committee on the 60-day and night peak period of general review and cleaning of vehicle registration data and driver's licenses in the area.

Accordingly, the implementation period is 60 consecutive days and nights from November 1 to December 31, 2025. The key contents include reviewing, comparing, updating and cleaning vehicle registration and driver's license data; digitizing vehicle registration records for quick lookup and verification; disseminating and guiding people to declare vehicle information and driver's licenses on the iHanoi application, contributing to promoting digital transformation in the field of vehicle management.

On the afternoon of November 14, the Commune People's Committee established a working group for each village and residential group, including: Regular police, Village Chief, members of the Digital Transformation Team, grassroots security forces, Youth Union, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Veterans' Association to guide citizens in the villages and wards to declare information about vehicle owners, vehicle users, and driver's licenses on the application platform "Digital Capital Citizen iHanoi"; to review, check, and approve all records declared by citizens and the digital transformation working group on the iHanoi system.

Representatives of people in villages, hamlets and party cells speak out

All citizens with permanent or temporary residence in the area need to prepare during the screening process, including: Citizen identification card, driver's license, vehicle registration and documents related to buying, selling, giving, or donating vehicles.

People need to install the iHanoi application (register or synchronize with the VNeID application), then access the "Data cleaning" section, select the type of data to be cleaned (driver's license or vehicle registration), take a photo of the document, check, update missing information and send a verification request.
