Hanoi Party Committee announced decisions on personnel work at the City's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong presented the Decision and flowers to congratulate comrade Bui Huyen Mai.

According to Notice No. 20-TB/TU of the Hanoi Party Committee, based on Project No. 01-DA/TU, dated October 30, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on assignment, arrangement, and completion of personnel for cadre positions after the 18th City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee unanimously assigned and introduced for negotiation to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City for comrade Bui Huyen Mai, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City.

According to Decision No. 63-QD/DU of the Hanoi Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee appointed comrade Bui Huyen Mai, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hanoi City for the 2025-2030 term.

In Decision No. 218-QD/TU, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to assign comrade Nguyen Van Thang, member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Chuong My Ward, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and cease holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Chuong My Ward for the 2025-2030 term; to work at the City Labor Federation to consolidate his position as Vice Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the City Labor Federation.

Speaking at the Conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong congratulated Comrade Bui Huyen Mai and Comrade Nguyen Van Thang on being trusted and assigned new tasks by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee. He said that after the successful 18th City Party Congress, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee continued to consolidate and assign personnel to the new apparatus. This is an important task right after the City Party Congress, and for the Vietnam Fatherland Front, it is even more meaningful when preparing to organize the 18th City Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress. In particular, in the current new period, the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations is even more important - not only as a bridge between the Party and the People but also as a propagandist, popularizer, and implementer of the Resolutions of the Party and State to all classes of people. This is also a common home for all classes of people in the Capital to live, unite, and build the Capital to develop more and more.

According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, based on the review and evaluation of cadres, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to assign comrade Bui Huyen Mai - a cadre who has worked in many different fields, now the Fatherland Front, has promoted her capacity and strengths, and fully performed well the position of Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. The leaders of the Hanoi Party Committee hope that the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee will do a good job in perfecting the position of Chairman. At the same time, they hope that comrade Bui Huyen Mai, based on her experience and strengths in work, especially in mobilizing and uniting people of all walks of life, will make important contributions to the development of the Front's work in particular and the Capital in general.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee also requested Comrade Bui Huyen Mai to direct the organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress well, on the basis of closely following the Resolution of the 18th City Party Congress, specifying the content and action program for each socio-political organization, each professional social organization, each union member, association member, and people so that everyone has the determination and aspiration to contribute to building a rich and beautiful Capital, together towards the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life of the people of the Capital.

Regarding comrade Nguyen Van Thang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, he assessed that he used to be Secretary of the City Youth Union, then worked in Chuong My district, and accumulated a lot of practical experience. Considering the requirements and demands of the Trade Union organization in the new period, the City Party Committee decided to transfer him to the City Labor Federation, and recommended him to be elected as Chairman of the City Labor Federation.

Comrade Nguyen Van Phong expressed his belief that in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Van Thang will promote his youth and enthusiasm, lead the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers, and Trade Union organizations in the capital to develop, maintain and promote the nature and strength of the working class in the new period.../.
