Over 15 years of implementing Resolution No. 09, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has had many good and creative ways to contribute to innovation and improve the management effectiveness of the grassroots government; The team of ward and commune cadres has professional qualifications and political theory to meet the requirements of the task.
The City Party Committee held a conference to summarize 15 years of implementing Resolution No. 09 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Authorities at all levels have done a good job of socializing resources to invest in building infrastructure, upgrading and beautifying urban areas, with total mobilized resources from 2016 to present reaching over VND 9,265 billion, equal to 186% of the plan.
During the 3 years of implementing Resolution No. 03, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has focused on planning, training, and improving the capacity of the staff; paying attention to arranging and assigning work reasonably. From 2020 to present, 148 comrades have been mobilized, transferred, appointed, and reappointed, and 143 comrades have been nominated for election.
At the same time, strengthening inspection and supervision work contributes to preventing degradation in political ideology, lifestyle ethics, and improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung gave a speech at the conference.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran The Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged the results that Ha Tinh City achieved in implementing the Resolutions.
He requested the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh City Party Committee to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement Resolution No. 09 to improve the capacity and operational efficiency of the political system at the grassroots level; review working regulations and leadership methods to properly perform functions and powers.
Continue to perform well the personnel work to meet the requirements and tasks when implementing the merger and expansion of administrative boundaries; focus on mobilizing resources from the people.
Promote solidarity, carry out leadership and direction well to build the city into a political, economic and cultural center of the province, a central urban area of the North Central region/.
