Online queue numbering is applied to all fields at Branch No. 1 of Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center, address: Inter-agency Building, No. 258 Vo Chi Cong, Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi City and results are returned at No. 657 Lac Long Quan, Xuan La, Tay Ho, Hanoi.

How to do:

Step 1: Download and log in to the iHanoi app with your VNeID account.

Step 2: Select Utility "Public Services" → Select Feature "Schedule" → "Select Branch" → "Select field" to perform.

Step 3: The system will automatically issue an online queue number to the citizen.

Applicable principles: The online registered order number has the same value as the direct order number.

The order of service is based on the registration time on a “first come, first served” basis, regardless of whether the registration is in person or online.

Time to get number is from 8am to 4pm daily on iHanoi. After this time, the number will automatically expire.

Each citizen can only register a maximum of 2 serial numbers per day (including both in person and online) and each field can only get a number once per working day on iHanoi.

To ensure fairness and avoid the situation where a certain number submits too many applications, affecting the rights of citizens who come later, the total number of service orders each day will be limited appropriately. In case a citizen has received a number online but is not served during the day due to exceeding the reception limit, re-registration will be performed on the next working day.

Citizens can track the progress of receiving documents directly on the iHanoi application. After successful registration, the application displays the citizen's queue number, and also displays the queue number being served directly, helping citizens estimate the time it will be their turn to be served.
