Online queue numbering is available for all services at Branch No. 1 of the Hanoi City Public Administrative Service Center, located at: Inter-agency Building, 258 Vo Chi Cong Street, Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi City, and results are delivered at 657 Lac Long Quan Street, Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi.

How to do it:

Step 1: Download and log in to the iHanoi app using your VNeID account.

Step 2: Select the "Public Services" utility → Select the "Schedule an Appointment" feature → "Select a Branch" → "Select the area" to be served.

Step 3: The system will automatically assign an online queue number to the citizen.

Principle of application: Online registration numbers are equivalent to in-person registration numbers.

The order of service is determined by registration time on a "first come, first served" basis, regardless of whether registration was done in person or online.

Numbers can be obtained from 8 AM to 4 PM daily on iHanoi. After this time, the numbers will automatically expire.

Each citizen is only allowed to register for a maximum of 2 queue numbers per day (including both in-person and online registration), and each field can only be assigned a number once per working day on iHanoi.

To ensure fairness and prevent a situation where too many applications are submitted at a time, affecting the rights of later applicants, the total number of service queues served each day will be appropriately limited. If a citizen has received a queue number online but is not served on that day due to exceeding the capacity limit, they should re-register on the next working day.

Citizens can track the progress of their application directly on the iHanoi app. After successful registration, the app displays the citizen's queue number, as well as the number currently being served, helping citizens estimate the waiting time for their turn.
