Candidate Le Hoang Phi won first prize in the contest of excellent Party cell secretaries at the Party Committee level of the Provincial CCQ-DN Bloc.

Comrade Nguyen Van Triet, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee awarded First Prize to contestant Le Hoang Phi.

Attending the closing ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Van Triet, member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, in charge of comprehensively directing the Party Committee of the Bloc; Pham Quoc Thoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Principal of the Tra Vinh Provincial Political School; Standing member of the Party Committee of the Provincial State Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; comrades members of the Steering Committee, Organizing Committee, and Jury of the Competition for Excellent Party Cell Secretaries at the Party Committee of the Bloc; representatives of the Party Committees of the branches, grassroots Party Committees, and contestants and supporters of the competition.

As a result of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to contestant Le Hoang Phi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Social Policy Bank of Tra Vinh Province; Second Prize to contestant Vo Minh Nhut, Secretary of the General Party Cell under the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office and contestant Huynh Thanh Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Drug Addiction Rehabilitation Center under the Party Committee of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Third Prize to contestants: Son Huynh Tha (Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department), Nguyen Thi Hai Yen (Deputy Secretary of Party Cell I, Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court), Vo Thi Huyen (Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of Tra Vinh Tourism Joint Stock Company); awarded 10 Consolation Prizes and 02 secondary prizes to contestants with the best answers to theoretical questions and contestants with the best answers to situational questions.

In her closing speech, comrade Tran Thi Kim Phuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of State Agencies and Enterprises, highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the members of the Organizing Committee, the Jury, and the supporting departments during the organization of the contest; the Party Committees of the Party cells and grassroots Party Committees paid attention to creating the best conditions for the contestants. In particular, more than 50 outstanding contestants representing the Party cells and grassroots Party Committees participating in the contest promoted their sense of responsibility, fully and well performing the contests.

Comrade Tran Thi Kim Phuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Government Offices and Enterprises, awarded Third Prize to the contestants.

The results of the contest confirmed that this was a political activity in the entire Party Committee of the Bloc, aiming to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations and cadres and Party members about the core role, leadership role, functions and tasks of Party cells; improve knowledge, skills and professional skills for Party cell secretaries. This was also an opportunity for Party cell secretaries to affirm their leadership capacity, direct Party cells to perform their tasks; exchange, study and share experiences on professional skills, theory and practice in Party building work at the grassroots level.

Comrade Lu Cong Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Government Offices and Enterprises, awarded the Encouragement Prize to the contestants.

To continue spreading the contest, comrade Tran Thi Kim Phuong suggested that Party committees at all levels in the Bloc continue to focus on training skills and expertise in Party building for the team of Party cell secretaries and Party cell committee members.

At the same time, continue to innovate the content, methods, leadership style, working style, enhance the sense of responsibility and capacity of Party committees and Party committee secretaries, ensure the core and leadership role of Party committees in agencies, units and enterprises.

Comrade Le Thanh Tuan, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of State Agencies and Enterprises, awarded consolation prizes to the contestants.

Party cell secretaries, cell committee members and contestants continue to promote the results, experience and knowledge from participating in the contest to apply and better organize the implementation of assigned duties and tasks; together with Party committees and Party organizations, thoroughly grasp and effectively implement Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW of the 13th Party Central Committee, action programs of the Provincial Party Committee, of the Party Committee of the Bloc, of the grassroots Party Committees on implementing Resolution No. 21 "strengthening the consolidation and construction of grassroots Party organizations and improving the quality of Party members in the new period".
