According to this candidate, after the bell rang at 8:30 a.m. on June 1, the exam supervisor announced that this was the time to read the exam questions and not to hold a pen. This candidate felt it was unusual because he had participated in the first round of the exam and clearly understood that this was the time to start doing the test.

About 10 minutes later, a candidate in the room picked up a pen and was immediately reminded by the supervisor. When a candidate in the room asked about the test time, the supervisor confirmed that this was the time to read the questions.
Then, a candidate in the room continued to talk about how in the first round, they did the test from 8:30 a.m. and did not have time to look at the test separately, but the invigilator kept reminding them to "wait for the bell to do the test."
At 9:00 a.m., 30 minutes late, when there was a final reminder from the candidate, the invigilator asked and learned that the actual test time was from 8:30 a.m.
Frustrated by losing half an hour of time to do the test, which affected his spirit and test results, this candidate said it was unacceptable that the invigilator in charge of supervising a major exam did not have a clear understanding of the exam time and regulations.
