Entrance exam to grade 10 of Vo Nguyen Giap High School for the Gifted: Competition rate is quite high

(QBĐT) - This morning, June 5, candidates across the province entered the 10th grade entrance exam at Vo Nguyen Giap High School for the 2024-2025 school year. The number of candidates registered for the exam this year is 779, a decrease of 27 compared to last year's entrance exam.

The invigilator checks the candidate's personal information before entering the exam room.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Vo Nguyen Giap High School for the Gifted will enroll 420 students in grade 10, arranged in 12 specialized classes.

Specifically: 2 specialized Math classes, 2 specialized English classes and 2 specialized Literature classes. The remaining subjects include: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, History, Geography, each subject has 1 specialized class, no non-specialized classes are recruited according to the regulations of the Ministryof Education and Training.

Candidates are preparing to take the English exam.

According to the schedule, in the morning, candidates will take the English exam, with a duration of 60 minutes. In the afternoon, candidates will take the specialized subjects (Math, Literature, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, English, Information Technology) with a duration of 150 minutes. Previously, on June 4, candidates completed the required subjects as prescribed, including: Math and Literature.
