According to staff at Twitter Beans Coffee (Vu Pham Ham Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi ), the robot named Bao was put into operation on April 20th to provide a new experience for customers.
"Bao has enough energy to serve customers from 6 AM to 11 PM. Bao interacts with customers through tactile signals on the head and ears, similar to cats," this employee introduced.
The café's special service staff are on duty.
Meanwhile, the robot named Tú performed a rather skillful cocktail-making demonstration, although it still had certain limitations. At the bar, many customers, especially children, seemed amused by the robot.

Tu demonstrated how to make coffee, but his movements weren't very precise.
Meanwhile, Chi is a robot capable of taking photos, helping to capture joyful and meaningful moments. With the appearance of these robots, Twitter Beans Coffee is being called the "coffee shop of the future".

The fourth robot, named Thu, has a very special ability: it can write calligraphy like a real calligrapher.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, a customer present at the restaurant on the afternoon of May 1st, was delighted to experience the robot serving him for the first time, especially to have his picture taken for free by "photographer" Chi.
"My daughter is very fond of Bao. When she gets her head stroked, Bao will say, 'Your hand is warm!', and if she gets teased, Bao will respond, 'Stop teasing me, I have work to do'... or other cute interactions," Mr. Hung said.
Bao's interactions with humans are considered very endearing.
The trend of using robots in restaurant and eatery services is not yet widespread in Vietnam, but it is already common in China. In many restaurants there, robots have long played the role of servers, waiters, chatting with customers, and even dancing and singing.
