Recently, Tay Ninh province has implemented an interactive online and in-person foreign language class model at five high schools in the province, including Hoang Le Kha Specialized High School (Tan Ninh ward), Tay Ninh High School (Tan Ninh ward), Ly Thuong Kiet High School (Long Hoa ward), Quang Trung High School (Go Dau ward), and Nguyen Trai High School (Trang Bang ward).
This model allows multiple classes to learn together, while also connecting with English teachers in various locations, helping to address the shortage of English teachers and enabling students to develop all four skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—in a balanced way, gradually moving towards the goal of using English as a second language.
With this model, instead of acquiring knowledge through traditional textbooks, students experience a multi-dimensional learning environment, supported by a multimedia lecture system, including interactive whiteboards, learning and exercise software, and digital textbooks.
This model is not limited to English; it is also applied in teaching many other subjects.
Similarly, at Nguyen Thi Mot Secondary and High School (Can Giuoc commune), Mr. Luong Vinh Hieu - Secretary of the school's Youth Union and Geography teacher - has boldly pioneered the application of digital transformation and innovation in teaching.
The teacher implemented 100% digital lesson plans, allowing students to use Google Maps to view maps and real-world terrain. Lessons became more engaging as students gave presentations, worked on group assignments, and received assessments through online learning applications.

Mr. Hieu's teaching methods help students proactively seek out knowledge.
Starting from the 2023-2024 school year, the education sector in Tay Ninh province has implemented digital transformation in management and teaching. This is considered a catalyst for changing educational thinking, educational management, the careers of teachers, and the activities of learners, aiming to address long-term sustainable issues for the sector.
To date, 100% of educational institutions have their own learning resource repositories; award-winning lectures at the commune level and above are shared with the entire provincial education sector; scientific resources and open educational materials are developed for the entire provincial education sector; digital platforms for online teaching and learning are developed with advanced features to support learning; and online testing is strengthened.
100% of primary schools have implemented digital student records. This solution is being expanded on a pilot basis to high schools and vocational education. Currently, 20 junior high schools, 28 high schools, and seven vocational education and continuing education centers have adopted it.
Representatives from the Tay Ninh Provincial Department of Education and Training stated that digital student records help reduce errors and printing costs in the process of managing student data compared to traditional records. Online data is also stored securely, permanently, and is easier to search, giving teachers more time to invest in the quality of their lessons.
Schools are also instructed to use the Eoffice and Tic Office document management systems, connecting them with the Eoffice and Tic Office systems of the Department of Education and Training. Instead of using traditional books, many schools are flexibly applying interactive forms such as videos and images to e-books to make reading more useful.

Teachers can also utilize various software, including AI, to design minigames and lesson plans. This encourages students to acquire knowledge through games by dragging and dropping, using a stylus on an interactive whiteboard, instead of traditional lectures and listening.
For Tay Ninh, applying this model will bring the province's education system closer to international standards, contributing to comprehensive digital transformation and creating momentum for sustainable development in the new era.
