According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting , on June 10, Hanoi will have showers and thunderstorms in the morning and at night. Light wind, at night the wind will change to northwest level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. The lowest temperature is 25-28 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature is 31-33 degrees Celsius.

In the Northwest, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms in the morning, with some places having very heavy rain. After that, the clouds will decrease and there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places. During the storm, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. The lowest temperature is 23-26 degrees Celsius, some places below 22 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature is 30-33 degrees Celsius, some places above 33 degrees Celsius.

The Northeast region is cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially in the Northeast and the Northern Delta region in the morning and at night there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain. According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the next 3-6 hours, Ha Giang province will continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall ranging from 10-20mm, in some places over 50mm.

In the next 6 hours, there is a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes in the above provinces, especially in the districts of Bac Me, Bac Quang, Hoang Su Phi, Meo Vac, Quang Binh, Ha Giang city, Vi Xuyen, Xin Man, Yen Minh.

Flash floods and landslides can have very negative impacts on the environment, threaten people's lives; cause local traffic congestion, affect the movement of vehicles; destroy civil and economic works, causing damage to production and socio-economic activities.

Local authorities should pay attention to checking the flow bottlenecks and key locations in the area to take preventive and response measures./.
