Around the evening and night of May 10, the cold air will be strengthened and affect other places in the Northeast, then affect the North Central, the Northwest and some places in the Central Central. Inland, the wind will change to the Northeast at level 2-3, coastal areas at level 3-4.

From the night of May 10, the weather in the North and North Central regions will turn cool, while in some mountainous areas of the North it will be cold.

Hanoi area, from the night of May 10, the weather will turn cool. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is commonly 21-23 degrees Celsius.

Due to the influence of cold air compressing the low pressure trough, from the night of May 9 to May 11, the Northern and North Central regions will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing very heavy rain. From the afternoon of May 10, the Central Central region will have rain, showers and scattered thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy rain.

At sea, on May 10, in the North of Bac Bo Gulf, the wind changed to Northeast level 4-5.

From the night of May 10, in the Gulf of Tonkin and the northern sea area of the North East Sea, the Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 6, gusting to level 7-8; rough seas; waves 1.5-2.5m high.
