Pursuant to Financial Management Regulation No. 477/PLX-QD-HDQT dated September 9, 2020 on liquidation of assets of Vietnam National Petroleum Group;

Based on the report on car usage situation 29A-563.44 dated November 5, 2024 of the Group Office;

Based on the report on the use of car 52X 2294 dated October 28, 2024 of the Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office;

Based on the results after the second announcement of the sale of 2 cars 29A-563.44 and 52X 2294;

After the second time of organizing the liquidation sale of 2 TOYOTA LAND CUISER-GX cars with license plate 29A-563.44 & TOYOTA LAND CUISER with license plate 52X-2294, the Liquidation Council did not record any vehicle bids, so the Office and Finance and Accounting Joint Committee would like to propose a plan to organize the liquidation of 2 TOYOTA LAND CUISER-GX cars with license plate 29A-563.44 & TOYOTA LAND CUISER with license plate 52X-2294.

The specific plan is as follows: 10% discount on the selling price after the second notice. Details are as follows:

3. Procedures for registering to participate in bidding:
