Agree on investment policy for the project to improve the architectural landscape of Thac Gian - Vinh Trung lake area, Thanh Khe district

Based on discussion and comments, members of the City People's Committee unanimously approved the investment policy of the Project to improve the architectural landscape of Thac Gian - Vinh Trung Lake area, Thanh Khe district; the project to adjust the solid waste treatment planning of Da Nang city until 2030, with a vision to 2045; the project to adjust the solid waste treatment planning of Da Nang city until 2030, with a vision to 2045.

At the same time, approve the investment policy and approve the investor for the Apartment Project at land plots C1 and C2 in Phu My An urban area; adjust the investment policy for the Central Coast Luxury Hotel and Apartment Complex Project; adjust the investment policy for the H&A Apartment Building project.

At the meeting, the City People's Committee unanimously approved the draft Decision promulgating regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City; the draft Decision promulgating regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang City.

The meeting also approved the policy of approving the development plans of the Industry and Trade sector for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; recognizing strategic partners in the field of semiconductors and artificial intelligence in Da Nang city; adjusting the budget for activities to celebrate major holidays and important historical events of the country and the city in 2025.
