On this occasion, the delegation of Vietnam News Agency offered incense to pay tribute to General Vo Nguyen Giap at the Dien Bien Phu Campaign Command Headquarters relic site in Muong Phang commune.

Previously, on the afternoon of April 22, in Dien Bien Phu city, the People's Committee of Dien Bien province and Vietnam News Agency held a signing ceremony of the Media Cooperation Program for the period 2025-2029; The program aims to help the two sides fulfill their political functions and tasks in the new situation; strengthen information, propaganda, and promote the image of Dien Bien on the media of Vietnam News Agency.
