Specifically, in response to false information that risks causing misunderstanding and confusion for consumers, FPT Long Chau has officially responded: The information being spread about the above products is fabricated and untrue.
FPT Long Chau has proactively contacted the person who posted the information to verify and clarify the information. At the same time, it sent the person who posted the product's legal documents, with all relevant documents, including: (1) Product declaration acceptance certificate issued by the Food Safety Department ( Ministry of Health ); (2) Confirmation of quality standards by the Japanese health authority - where the product is manufactured.
This is a genuine product, legally allowed to circulate in Vietnam, with full invoices, labels and legal documents so that you can rest assured that this is a genuine imported product. However, we cannot contact you.
In particular, through checking with the highly digitized system, FPT Long Chau recorded that the person who posted the information is not a customer of FPT Long Chau and has never purchased products from the system. Further investigation through information channels revealed that this individual is currently a refugee in Thailand; this person currently does not have the legal capacity to make statements related to the company, products or the Vietnamese market.
Currently, FPT Long Chau has submitted a request to the police to investigate and handle according to the law.
