With the spirit of "Solidarity, Democracy, Discipline, Responsibility, Breakthrough, Development", the 1st Congress of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, held from September 21-23, 2025, completed all the contents and programs set out.

The Congress passed the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, which determined the general goal: Bringing Khanh Hoa firmly into the "decade of raising the level of development", by 2030 becoming a centrally-run city; an international sea tourism and service center; a national and regional data center; double-digit economic growth, a high growth pole of the whole country.

The urban system is developing in a modern, smart, sustainable and unique direction, with some urban areas reaching international standards. Infrastructure is invested synchronously, modernly and effectively; people enjoy a high, peaceful and happy standard of living.

Ecosystems, natural landscapes and environment are protected; there is the capacity to adapt to climate change; the Party and political system are built to be clean and strong in all aspects. National defense, security and sovereignty over seas and islands are firmly guaranteed”./.
