Revoking the validity of the Registration Certificate of 21 functional food products

The Food Safety Department (Ministry of Health) has just issued Decisions to revoke the validity of the Certificate of Product Declaration Registration for 21 health food products of 4 companies.

Specifically, in Decision No. 295/QD-ATTP dated June 18, 2025, the Department of Food Safety revoked the validity of the Product Declaration Registration Receipt No. 8433/2023/DKSP dated November 20, 2023 of the health protection food product Saffron Maxwinner announced by Max Winner Joint Stock Company (address: No. 19, D8 Street, Ward 4, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City).

In Decision No. 305/QD-ATTP dated June 20, 2025, the Department of Food Safety revoked the validity of the Certificate of Product Declaration Registration for 3 health protection food products announced by Kim Natural Cosmetics Company Limited (address: Khue Lieu area, Tan Hung ward, Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province).

In Decision No. 301/QD-ATTP dated June 20, 2025, the Food Safety Department revoked the validity of the Certificate of Product Declaration Registration for 15 health protection food products announced by Linh Chi Korea Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, address: No. 23, Lot 2-3, 3.6ha resettlement area, Tu Hoang Street, Phuong Canh Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi .

In Decision No. 301/QD-ATTP dated June 20, 2025, the Department of Food Safety revoked the validity of the Certificate of Product Declaration Registration for 2 health protection food products announced by Solife Trading and Service Company Limited (address: No. 19, Quy Hoach N4 Street, Ward 1, Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province).

The Decisions come into force from the date of signing.

Recently, the Food Safety Department has issued many decisions to revoke the validity of the Certificate of Registration of Declaration and the validity of the Certificate of Confirmation of Advertising Content for many other food protection products.
