Domestic budget revenue continues to increase

According to the Department of Finance, in the first quarter of 2025, the total state budget revenue in the province was VND 24,812 billion, an increase of 0.65% over the same period last year. Notably, domestic revenue increased by 15.75% over the same period, reaching VND 12,419 billion; meanwhile, revenue from oil and gas only reached VND 7,515 billion (down 13.31% over the same period) and import and export tax revenue only reached VND 4,877 billion (down 7.15%).

According to the Department of Finance, the largest budget revenue is still from foreign-invested enterprises at VND4,778 billion; followed by revenue from non-state industry, trade and services at VND1,810 billion; personal income tax at VND1,600 billion; land use fees at VND1,299 billion; and lottery revenue at VND848 billion.
