According to Decision No. 464, Mr. Nguyen Trong Thua, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, retired according to the regime.

On June 28, at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Deputy Minister Nguyen Trong Thua received the Third Class Independence Medal and decided to retire according to the regime.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Thua was born in 1963, his hometown is Hai Duong province. According to Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra, with more than 36 years of work, having held many different positions from local to central level, Mr. Nguyen Trong Thua has always excellently completed assigned tasks, clearly demonstrating his capacity, qualifications, and personal prestige in the place where he works.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang also signed the Prime Minister's decisions to retire three officials of the Ministry of National Defense.

According to Decision No. 451, Major General Phung Quoc Tuan, Deputy Political Commissar of the Border Guard, retired from July 1.

According to Decision No. 452, Lieutenant General Duong Dinh Thong, Political Commissar of Military Region 1, retired from July 1.

According to Decision No. 453, Major General Le Anh Tuan, Deputy Commander of Military Region 1, retired from July 1.
