On the afternoon of April 1, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh had a meeting and worked with General Director of China Central Radio and Television Station in the Asia-Pacific region Cao Yi.

At the meeting, Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh expressed his pleasure to welcome General Director of China Central Radio and Television (CMG) Asia- Pacific Region Cao Yi to visit and work in Vietnam in the context of the friendly cooperative relationship between the two countries developing very well.

According to the Deputy Minister, CMG plays a very important role in China's press and media, especially when China wants to "tell the Chinese story" to the world, CMG has told it very well and has a high influence in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Deputy Minister expressed his hope that in the coming time, with its role and position, CMG will continue to provide more information about the image of the country, people and culture of Vietnam. In return, Vietnamese press agencies will continue to provide information about the achievements and economic and cultural development of China. Thereby, helping the people of the two countries understand each other better, promoting tourism and economic development as well as helping the friendly relationship between the two countries to develop better and better.

Emphasizing that strengthening cooperation in the field of press and media is the concretization of cooperation agreements between the two countries' senior leaders, Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh hopes that in the coming time, press and media cooperation between the two countries will develop strongly, contributing to promoting the images of the two countries as well as preparing for important events in the coming time.
