Promoting digital transformation in cooperative management and branding

The training course is for staff and managers from cooperatives and the Cooperative Alliance of the Central Highlands provinces. Trainees are equipped with basic knowledge and practical skills through 4 sessions, with content ranging from basic to advanced.

Mr. Tran Quang Hau - Vice Principal in charge of the Central - Central Highlands Economic - Technical College and Cooperative Cadre Training commented: "In the context of cooperatives strongly transforming themselves into effective production and business activities, raising awareness and capacity in digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) will be a stepping stone for cooperatives to not only adapt but also rise up, becoming a dynamic economic force, developing sustainably".

The training program content is closely linked to the practical operations of the cooperative such as: Providing basic knowledge about digital transformation and AI in the fields of administration and communication; instructions on using popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gamma.app, Suno AI...; practicing designing communication publications, creating internal posts; setting up digital transformation projects according to the SMART model and instructions on creating chatbots for practical applications.

Speaking at the training course, expert Hoang Duc Bao - Director of IKIGAI International Soft Skills Training Center said that the most important thing is not learning how to use the tools, but helping students visualize the practical value that AI brings to their daily work. Once they understand that, they will proactively apply and constantly innovate to solve work most effectively.

Student Nguyen Thi Ngoc Dung ( Ninh Thuan Province Cooperative Alliance) said that AI is very useful and she will apply it to guide the cooperative membership registration process, helping to save time for staff. AI also opens up a new approach to improving management and communication efficiency at cooperatives.

The final part of the training program is a presentation and group project report. Each group proposes innovative solutions with the aspiration to bring digital technology into each specific activity of the cooperative.
