Fire fighting practice at Ale B residential area and Ea Tam market

On the afternoon of December 11, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department (PCCC) and Rescue Department, Provincial Police (PC07) coordinated with relevant forces to organize a fire prevention and fighting plan practice session for residents and small traders in the residential area of Ale B village, Ea Tam ward (Buon Ma Thuot city).

At the training session, the functional forces disseminated knowledge about fire prevention and fighting, fire escape skills; and instructed the Market Management Board staff to practice using on-site fire extinguishers to put out fires.

At the same time, organize a drill to respond to a hypothetical fire situation at Ea Tam market so that people, together with functional forces, can carry out plans to rescue people, evacuate property and organize fire fighting.

The practice session aims to improve the effectiveness of coordination in fire prevention and fighting between the grassroots fire prevention and fighting force and relevant forces to proactively and effectively fight fires, protect the lives and property of people and traders, and contribute to maintaining security and order in the area; promote the role of directing and commanding fire fighting according to the 4-on-the-spot motto: "on-site forces, on-site means, on-site logistics, on-site command". On the other hand, it aims to raise awareness of fire prevention and fighting and rescue for people in residential areas and traders, thereby proactively preventing fires well, fighting fires effectively when fires and explosions occur and minimizing damage caused by fires.
