In recent times, the training of new soldiers at Regiment 1 has been comprehensively and synchronously conducted by Party committees and commanders at all levels, especially organizing training and fostering to improve the training level of cadres at all levels.
The training process has effectively applied the motto "Basic, practical, solid", focusing on synchronous and in-depth training, and strictly maintaining training regimes.
Test results showed that 100% of the content met the requirements or better, of which grenade throwing and explosives exercise 1 were excellent; AK shooting exercise 1 was fair, ensuring absolute safety.

After 3 months of training, new soldiers of the Regiment were equipped with basic, comprehensive knowledge of military, politics , logistics, and technology; and trained in ideology, style, and sense of organization and discipline.
The soldiers have clearly matured in awareness and sense of responsibility for the task of protecting the Fatherland, improved discipline and military style; gradually adapted to the training, study and living conditions in the unit.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh affirmed that the oath-taking ceremony is an important and sacred mark in the military life of each soldier, a sacred promise of comrades before the Party, the Fatherland, and the people, inheriting and promoting the glorious tradition of the heroic Army.

The Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics requested that Party committees and commanders at all levels in the unit continue to strengthen leadership and direction, thoroughly grasp the Party's defense policies and guidelines,educate soldiers to clearly understand revolutionary tasks and military tasks, build strong political will, and be ready to receive and successfully complete all tasks.
Along with that, units quickly stabilized their organization and staffing after training new soldiers; strictly maintained training discipline according to the motto "Basic, practical, solid", focusing on synchronous, in-depth training, close to combat practice.
It is necessary to strictly comply with State laws, military discipline, build a healthy cultural environment, internal solidarity, military-civilian solidarity, proactively and closely coordinate with local authorities and organizations in performing national defense tasks and socio -economic development. At the same time, promote the exemplary role of cadres and party members, well implement the grassroots democracy regulations, promote the Emulation Movement for Victory in conjunction with revolutionary action movements. Logistics, technical work, and production increase must be ensured effectively, contributing to improving the lives of cadres and soldiers.
Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh emphasized that the new soldiers should promote the sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and glorious tradition of the heroic Division 324, constantly strive, study and train, worthy of the trust and love of the Party, State, people and family.
