On the morning of June 12, a working delegation led by Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Deputy Minister of Public Security, visited and expressed condolences to the families of officers and soldiers who died in the attack on the headquarters of two commune police stations in Cu Kuin district.

Accompanying the delegation were Party Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung; Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Van Hoi and leaders of ministries, departments, branches and localities.

The delegation visited and shared the pain and loss with the families of 4 commune police officers and soldiers who died while on duty at the Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur commune police headquarters (Cu Kuin district), including: Major Hoang Trung (born in 1981), hometown: Nghi Loc, Nghe An, Ea Ktur commune police officer; Captain Nguyen Dang Nhan (born in 1994), hometown: Yen Thanh, Nghe An, Ea Ktur commune police officer; Major Tran Quoc Thang (born in 1989), hometown: Thach Ha, Ha Tinh, Ea Tieu commune police officer; Captain Ha Tuan Anh (born in 1991), hometown: Trieu Son, Thanh Hoa, Ea Tieu commune police officer.

The delegation respectfully bowed before the souls of officers and soldiers who died while performing their duties.

During the visit, Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang deeply sympathized with the great loss of the soldiers' families, and wished that the families would soon overcome the pain. Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang also praised the bravery and fearlessness of the officers and soldiers to protect the peace of the people.

The delegation also visited and paid tribute to comrade Nguyen Van Kien, Secretary of the Ea Ktur Commune Party Committee, one of the victims who was murdered by the group while on duty. Acknowledging the contributions and losses of comrade Nguyen Van Kien, Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang sent his deepest condolences and encouragement to his family and relatives to overcome the pain and soon stabilize their lives.

At the visit, on behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang presented the Decision of the Ministry of Public Security to posthumously promote the ranks of 4 officers and soldiers of the Commune Police who died while on duty in Cu Kuin district.

Along with that, 100 million VND/family was awarded to the families of 4 comrades of the Cu Kuin District Police who died while performing their duties. This source of funding is taken from the People's Police Comradeship Fund.

On this occasion, General To Lam, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security, also sent a flower basket of condolences to the families of the police officers of Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur communes, Cu Kuin district, who died while performing their duties.
